It is hand painted on slate and has a leather strap from which you can hang it. It is in good used condition, but appears to have a scrape out of the paint on the basket part.

The Artmark Welcome Sign has a tear in the plastic in the front.(see pics) . Doesn’t look like it is damaged in any way.
