1950-60’s California/Danish Modern. Individually designed by Bertil Vallien for Hal Fromhold Sudio. Measures 10.5” by 14.5” and 1/2” thick. Weighs 5 1/2 pounds. Very good condition with no major flaws. Has what looks like a crack going around lion but this is part of design and all of these similar bird on lion plaques have it. Believe there were about 50 of these made and each one has different color variations and textural differences. This particular one is my favorite of all the designs I have seen. Has the original hanging wire on back so it is ready fora new wall!
